Bridget O'Donnell, author of Inspector Minahan Makes a Stand, will be in conversation with Peter Moore at Durham Festival.


Come and hear Bridget O'Donnell and Peter Moore talk about the true crime of the 19th century.

In Inspector Minahan Makes a Stand, Bridget O’Donnell tells the story of how rebel detective Jeremiah Minahan took on the establishment to expose how young girls were being enticed, tricked and sold into prostitution in London in the 1850s.


In Damn His Blood, Peter Moore investigates the brutal murder of Reverend George Parker, who was killed in the rural village of Oddingley on Midsummer's Day 1806.
